Congress will gherao collectorates of Ambikapur and Surajpur districts (Sarguja division) under its anti-government movement on Wednesday.
The party spokesperson Mahendra Chhabda informed that PCC president Nandkumar Patel and CLP leader Ravindra Choubey will participate in both the collectorate-gherao programmes and strongly raise coal blocks allocation issue as Bhatgaon-II and Bhatgaon-II extension coal blocks are in Sarguja division.
“Recently, the party had disclosed several documents pertaining commercial mining job of the two coal blocks being given to ineligible Sancheti brothers. Now, Patel and Choubey will use the Ambikapur and Surajpur protest programmes to inform people about it,” Chhabda said.
