The YC’s national general secretary Vikas Upadhyay has become DCC Raipur Urban president. The PCC received a letter in this regard from Chhattisgarh Congress incharge BK Hariprasada on Tuesday. Upadhyay replaces Inderchand Dhariwal who remained DCC Raipur Urban head for over eight years.
