The state assembly unanimously passed two private resolutions moved by Congress MLAs Mohammad Akbar and Mahant Ramsundar Das on Friday.
In his resolution, Akbar proposed to remove encroachments from lands allocated for schools and to fix location and allot land to open school in every village.
Das, on the other hand, proposed to construct waiting halls for family members of patients in community health centres and district hospitals.
