The no objection certificates (NOCs) and lay-outs of multi-storeyed buildings in residential and commercial areas and legal colonies would be soon available in the office website of Urban Administration and Development Department. A directive in this regard has been issued to all the municipal corporations of the state. The department has asked the municipal commissioners to ensure that the NOCs and lay-outs of edifices and colonies constructed within their municipal limits from April 1, 2007 should be uploaded in the official website – www.cg.nic.in/urbanadministration. The decision has been taken considering the problems people face when they buy house or plots in residential or commercial areas, informed department officials.
