Senior Congress leader Ajit Jogi has termed Mukhyamantri Swasthya Bima Yojna (MSBY) a ploy of BJP government to deceive people.
“Scared of the popularity of Centrally-sponsored Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna (RSBY) and concerned of its reducing mandate in the state, the ruling party has launched MSBY,” he said.
“Chief Minister Raman Singh should tell who will be the beneficiaries of MSBY as RSBY is benefiting all poor and needy,” he said.
He doubted that the government would transfer the RSBY fund to MSBY to gain advantage in terms of votes in next elections. “It can happen as the government is already claiming Centre’s Saraswati Cycle Yojna as its own scheme,” he alleged.
Further doubting over the success of MSBY he pointed the government could not even succeed in checking misuse of smart cards in private hospitals.
