The social and cultural organisation Vakta Manch will organise Diwali Milan at Kutchery chowk-based Bal Ashram on November 15.
The president of Vakta Manch Vivek Behra informed that the members of the organisation would burst crackers with children in Bal Ashram and then distribute sweets on the occasion.
