Baghel elected as CMKKS state president

Raipur, June 16, 2012

The Chhattisgarh Manva Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj (CMKKS) has elected Shyamacharan Baghel as its state president recently.
The election of the society president was held at village Godhi under Murmunda (Durg district).
The oath-taking ceremony of CMKKS was held on May 13, 2012 during which Baghel and other office-bearers were present, informed the youth president of CMKKS Ajit Madharia.
He said DC Verma, who was defeated by Baghel in society elections, was trying to mislead the members of society and had also lodged false complaint against CMKKS with Registrar Firms and Society. “Considering his anti-societal activities, the CMKKS has boycotted Verma,” informed Madharia.
The CMKKS has also decided to boycott anti-societal meeting to be held at village Tarashiv (Durg) on Sunday and has appealed to the members of the society not to attend the meeting.
