Government has issued notification of constitution of Mati Kala Board (MKB) on March 14, 2012. The Gramodyog Department has sent the notification to government printing press at Rajnandgaon for publication in the gazette. Notably, Chief Minister Raman Sing, during state-level meeting of potters at his residence on March 5, 2012, had announced to constitute MKB to encourage traditional cottage industries pertaining to pottery.
