Chhattisgarh housing board (CHB) will soon start online payment facility for consumers. The board will also make technical changes in its official website to make it more customer-centric. A decision in this regarding was taken during a review meeting convened by CHB commissioner Sonmani Bora at board headquarters on Friday.
Bora said the consumers would be able to avail several online facilities by signing up in CHB website. The consumers will not only get information about their due instalments but also learn about current status of their under-construction houses through global positioning system (GPS), he added.
Besides, the board will also send SMS and e-mail alerts to the consumers pertaining to their due instalments.
