Statements of two witnesses in connection to defamation suit filed by Congress
MLA Ajit Jogi against Chhattisgarh BJP incharge JP Nadda and Madhya Pradesh BJP
president Narendra Singh Tomar was recorded in written in the court of First
Class Judicial Magistrate Manish Dubey on Friday. Jogi’s political secretary
Ashok Sharma informed that the two witnesses whose statements were recorded from
plaintiff’s (Jogi) side were Yogesh Tiwari and Sanjeev Agrawal. The court asked
Jogi’s counsels to give closing argument on August 1, 2013. The counsels have
also been directed to produce remaining witnesses on the same day.
