Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh Medical and Sales Representatives’ Union (MPMSRU)
will take out rally and stage dharna in favour of their demands at Raipur
The MPMSRU secretary Hemant Parmar informed that since
last couple of years the medical representatives had been demanding at least Rs
10000 salary, effective implementation of Sales Promotion Employees Act 1976
(Condition and Service) and inclusion of sales promotional employees in
definition of worker by amending section 2(s) of Industrial Dispute Act 1947.
“Unfortunately, we are deprived of our constitutional
rights due to state administration’s negligent attitude. Hence, we have decided
to take out rally and stage dharna at state-level at Budhapara-based dharna
spot on July 16, 2013,” he said.
