A day after expanding congress media department by appointing five new spokesperson, acting PCC president Charandas Mahant on Saturday delegated jobs to party office-bearers and coordinators.
According to information, PCC secretary Amit Pandey will establish coordination with Mahant’s affairs, general secretary administration and handle administrative and protocol-related works. Pandey will be Murari Gour, Dilip Singh Chouhan.
The PCC secretary Shiv Singh Thakur will be responsible for arrangements of party meetings. He will also inform about the meetings to relevant leaders/office-bearers. He will further prepare reports of the meetings and forward them to party’s media department. He will receive monthly reports of district and block units, submit reports to general secretary and forward copy of the reports to AICC. In these works, he will be assisted by Vikas Tiwari.
The PCC member Girish Dewangan will assist general secretary administration in dealing administrative works.
The PCC business cell chief Kanhaiyya Agrawal will be make arrangements for arrival and departure of special guests and deal tour programmes. He will also be responsible to make welcome arrangements for the guests. In this connection, he will establish coordination with party’s district heads. In these works, he will be assisted by Bakar Abbas.
The PCC delegate Devprakash Verma will look after the affairs of AICC secretary and Chhattisgarh incharge Bhakta Charandas. He will also make arrangements for welcoming very special guests.
