Citing latest report of Planning Commission Congress on Wednesday said the developmental claims of state government had exposed. “The BPL families in state increased from 18 lakh in 2003 to 36 lakh in 2008 and 45 lakh in 2013. Certainly, the BJP government’s anti-poor policies are responsible for this,” said acting PCC president Charandas Mahant and CLP leader Ravindra Choubey.
