Congress on Tuesday opposed action against Virendra Kurre under Public
Security Act (PSA) in JK
Laxmi cement plant incident. “Kurre was leading agitation of villagers for
their right. The government is linking this agitation with naxalism which is
wrong and condemnable,” said Congress spokesperson Sushil Anand Shukla.
