At least fifty activists of Youth Indian National Trade
Union Congress (YINTUC) were arrested by the police while they were going to
gherao health minister Amar Agrawal’s residence in protest of Bhadoura land
scam on Thursday. The activists were demanding action against minister in the
land scam.
Earlier, the YINTUC activists, led by
their state president Aijaz Dhebar, mustered up at Congress Bhawan and then
proceeded towards Agrawal’s residence by foot march. However, they were stopped
and detained by the police in midway and taken to jail campus.
