Congress on Thursday said the BJP’s national leadership
was severely upset with rising corruption in Chhattisgarh. “The chief minister
Raman Singh’s popularity has dipped in the party as is apparent from the list
of star campaigners for poll-bound Karnataka in which Singh’s name is missing,”
said chief Congress spokesperson Shailesh Nitin Trivedi.
