Irked with low voltage problem, the residents of
Rajatalab, Pandri, Shankar Nagar and Shakti Nagar gheraoed Civil Lines-based
electricity office on Tuesday. The youth Congress leader Akash Tiwari informed
that the power company officials were ignoring voltage problem in the four
areas despite several complaints by the residents.
“We have asked the officials to quickly
improve voltage problem and replace old transformers in the four areas,” he
said.
