Union minister of state and acting PCC chief Charandas Mahant has
extended help to people of Chhattisgarh who got trapped in Uttarakhand due to
floods and landslides. Mahant informed that he had talked to Governor of
Uttarakhand and state administration to instantly rescue one Ramakant Sahu
along with 24 others as well as one Gauri Agrawal and 10 others from
Chhattisgarh who are trapped in Himalayan state. Mahant said Sahu and Agrawal had
talked to him over phone and sought his help.
