Helping poor children a noble work: Sahu


Raipur, March 10, 2012

Agriculture Minister Chandrashekhar Sahu on Saturday said that helping poor children was a noble work and attempts of social welfare organisations like Aashayein in such direction was inspirational.
Sahu words came while he was addressing people during a programme organised by Aashayein at Police Parade Ground on Saturday evening.
On the occasion, Sahu also distributed school uniforms, school bags, clothes, etc to needy, disabled and poor children.
He also distributed fans and coolers donated by Aashayein to the organisations providing education to the disabled children.
He appealed to the people to come forward and help the poor children like the young members of Aashayein. “The members of this organisation save their money to help the poor kids who are future of our state and the nation. Everyone should contribute in this noble work to impart education to the needy and poor kids,” Sahu said.
During the programme, Sahu announced to take membership of Aashayein. On the occasion were present president of the organisation Yash Tuteja, Captain DS Mishra, M Farishta, Dr Kalpesh Malik, Meenakshi Tuteja, etc.
