Chairman of Sanskrit Board Dr Ganesh Kaushik on
Saturday informed that he too would inspect 17 centres across the state where
the board is conducting examinations since March 2, 2012. Kaushik will first
inspect the exam centres of Bilaspur district.
Secretary Sanskrit Board Dr Suresh Sharma informed
that there are four exam centres in Bilaspur district – one each in Bilaspur
city and Ratanpur and two in Pendra-Gaurella. The board officials, District
Education Officers (DEOs) Block Education Officers (BEOs) are constantly
keeping a vigil on the exam centres, he added.
Sharma further informed that the second day of the
board’s exams was held peacefully and no copying case was trapped. He said
complete security was being maintained in the exam centres.
Besides, the board has opened a control room at its
headquarters based at Pension Bada Raipur to smoothly conduct the exams by
continuously remaining in contact with all the exam centres, Sharma said.
