The examinations of
Sanskrit Board will commence on Friday. There will be 17 exam centres in the
entire state. About 2068 students will appear in the exams. The board chairman
Dr Ganesh Kaushik informed that the exams would conclude on March 21. Kaushik also
met School Education Minister Brijmohan Agrawal on Thursday and informed him
about the exam programme prepared by the board. He said the board had
constituted flying squads for all the exam centres. The flying squads comprise
of officials from board and Education department. He further informed the
minister about different activities of the board and said several new Sanskrit
schools would be opened in next academic session.
