Hitting at Public Service Commission (PSC) for failing to conduct error free exams again this time, former chief minister Ajit Jogi says that the Commission does not learn from its past mistakes. “The PSC is in controversy again because its preliminary question paper conducted on May 6 was full of errors with irrelevant questions,” he said.
“After several years, the PSC conducted exams this time. The candidates expected that the question paper would be prepared transparently by an expert. The Commission gave the responsibility to set the paper to a person hailing from Uttar Pradesh (UP) but he could not do justice to the job assigned to him. While about dozens of the questions prepared by him were completely wrong, even the model answers provided by him are wrong. Besides, a couple of questions were related to UP. It is an irony that the PSC could not find any expert in Chhattisgarh to prepare the question paper, hence it selected an expert from UP,” said Jogi.
He demanded from the Commission to announce bonus marks against erroneous questions to the candidates who appeared in the exams.
