Rahul Gandhi arriving today

To participate in concluding programme of the state-level training camp of Congress at Rajkumar College (RKC), the AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi will arrive in capital city on Friday.

According to information, Gandhi will spend about nine hours at Raipur.

Gandhi will reach Raipur at 9 am on Friday. From Mana airport, he will directly go to RKC to address the DCC and BCC presidents in training camp. He is then scheduled to address NSUI workers in RKC premises.

Earlier, the NSUI programme was supposed to be organised at Netaji Subhash stadium but after inspecting the spot, Gandhi’s special protection group (SPG) asked the state unit leadership to hold the students’ wing event in the RKC premises due to security reasons. A separate arrangement has been done for the NSUI programme in the RKC premises.

Gandhi will then reach indoor stadium to address interact Youth Congress (YC) panchayat. His next meeting is scheduled with different delegations at RKC premises. He will also talk to the office-bearers and senior leaders during tea-break.
