The state Congress has congratulated party-led UPA government for completing three years successfully at Centre in its second term. The PCC president Nandkumar Patel and CLP leader Ravindra Choubey on Tuesday said that the UPA had launched several public welfare schemes in its two terms and would continue in the future too. They hoped that the UPA would form the government at Centre for the third time.
