Worried by BJP’s decreasing popularity, Chief Minister Raman Singh is now misusing state administration for his party’s image makeover. The allegation against the CM was levelled by senior Congress leader and MLA Ajit Jogi on Friday. He said the CM in the recent Collectors’ conference did ‘political bargain’ with the officials by asking them to improve government’s image and get reward and promotion. “The CM actually wants to take poll advantage by improving government’s image as eventually his party would get the benefit in 2013 Assembly elections,” Jogi said.
