Congress says that the Chief Minister Raman Singh cannot shirk his responsibility on coal blocks allocation issue by saying that he opposed auction to safeguard interests of state investors.
“The BJP is adopting double standard this issue. The state government’s recommendations on coal block allocation should be disclosed to unearth facts,” said PCC president Nandkumar Patel and CLP leader Ravindra Choubey.
They claimed that the companies recommended by the state government for coal blocka allocation neither had eligibility nor any industrial unit in Chhattisgarh.
They also indicated that the recommendations of Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation (CMDC) too should be disclosed.
