RSS distributes snacks to returning NE migrants

Raipur, August 17, 2012

The Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) members on Friday distributed snacks and fruits at Raipur railway station to migrants of North-East states who were returning from different parts of country to their native places after rumours of attack on them.
The RSS state publicity head Bhaskar Kinhekar informed that the RSS members were serving snacks and fruits to the returning NE migrants in all the main railway stations from Mumbai to Raigarh.
The VHP’s national treasurer Ramesh Modi said the root cause of Assam violence and disturbance in North East states was infiltration from Bangladesh. He said the Centre could still take significant steps, check infiltration from Bangladesh and save Assam.
The RSS and VHP members present on the occasion were Jagdish Patel, Sanjay Dubey, Umesh Agrawal, Ghanshyam Choudhary, Suresh Badwani, Girish Laheja, Rajesh Choudhary, Rakesh Yadav, etc.
