Under its anti-govt movement Congress will gherao Mahasamund collectorate on Wednesday. PCC president Nandkumar Patel will lead the party workers during their collectorate gherao programme in Mahasamund.
The party gheraoed Dhamtari collectorate on Monday and termed it a success. Earlier, it had gheraoed Bilaspur collectorate on August 9. It has launched anti-govt movement to protest host of issues related to power including hike in power tariff, inordinate power bills. Frequent power cuts, black marketing of fertilisers and seeds, etc.
The party will gherao Janjgir collectorate on August 17. It will gherao collectorates of all the other districts by September 29 except Raipur where it plans to conclude its movement on October 1, 2012.
