Raipur, January 23, 2013

The pharmacists will take out India Pharmacist Revolution yatra (IPR yatra) under the banner of their national organisation Udyog Development Foundation (UDF) in every state capital of the country in 2013.

In this connection, the UDF has appointed Chhattisgarh Pharmacist Association’s (CPA) president Ashwini Gurdekar as national coordinator of IPR yatra.

The CPA’s state coordinator Premeshwar Dewangan and joint secretary Harshankar Sahu informed that the objective of IPR yatra is to create awareness common man and policy makers about the role of pharmacists and unite pharma professionals.

Under IPR yatra, the UDF representatives will reach every state capital and bring national and state-level issues of pharmacists before public through media, the duo said.
