Congress on Tuesday said shopkeepers of Raipur, Rajnandgaon, Raigarh, Sakti, Kharsia, Sarangarh and Bagbahra were becoming victim of administrative terrorism.
“The local administrations are demolishing legal shops and houses on the name of road widening and development. This government is silently supporting these demolition drives. Consequently, several families are struggling for survival,” said Congress business cell president Kanhaiyya Agrawal.
He warned the ruling party of massive protest movement against it if the demolition drives would not be stopped.
He also convened a significant meeting on Tuesday to chalk out strategy to demonstrate against government on demolition of shops.
