Condemning rape of six-year-old girl in Bilaspur, Congress on Saturday demanded instant action against culprit. The PCC spokesperson Shailesh Nitin Trivedi said girls were not safe under BJP’s regime as was evident from series of rape incidents in the recent past. He said law and order in the state was in haywire due to lack of conviction in BJP government.
