Congress will pay tribute to former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi on the
occasion of his 69th birth anniversary at morning in Congress Bhawan
on Tuesday. DCC Raipur Urban and Rural presidents Vikas Upadhyay and Pankaj
Sharma have jointly appealed to partymen to attend the tribute programme at
large number.
