Senior Congress MLA Ajit Jogi filed review petition
against Chhattisgarh BJP incharge JP Nadda before district and sessions court
on Monday.
The court has fixed August 29 as date for Nadda to appear and
produce logical documents in his defence. Earlier, Jogi had filed defamation
suit against Nadda for alleging that he (Jogi) had nexus with Maoists.
The suit
was filed in the court of first class judicial magistrate Manish Dubey. After
hearing, the court had rejected Jogi’s defamation suit.
