DCC Raipur Urban president Vikas Upadhyay will convene meeting of block
heads at 12 pm in Congress Bhawan on Tuesday. The objective of the meeting is
to chalk out strategy to hit the incumbent government under party’s BJP hatao,
Chhattisgarh bachao (remove BJP, save Chhattisgarh) campaign. On August 14,
Upadhyay will hold talks with Congress corporators in Raipur
