Indiscipline or advice

In Congress, position counts. If you are a mere worker, then you are not allowed to utter anything against anybody in the party, even if you are right and do it to improve the organisation.
In fact, your critical words could endanger your own existence in the party as you would have to give prolonged explanation for your “indiscipline”.
This system came into effect in the party only recently to tighten noose on those who were habitually giving public statements wittingly or inadvertently.
But making reckless comment is not a workers’ pastime, of course senior leaders do have propensity towards it. And hence, they are still engaged in this verbal game while scoffing the frowning eyes of the mighty disciplinary committee.
One such senior leader lately trained his guns towards the state unit head for his controversial remarks on Bastar. The workers smile and clarify that the act of the senior leader does not comes under indiscipline but instead it would be termed as advice. They say the rules and conditions are for workers, not seniors.
