The Union Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh will arrive in the state capital on Friday morning to attend departmental meeting. Ramesh will also meet Congress leaders and workers at Congress Bhawan at 10 am. The PCC media incharge Mahendra Chhabra has urged all the partymen to be present in Congress Bhawan to meet the union minister.
