The PCC has appointed Congress corporator Jayant Thethwar as leader of Opposition in Raigarh Municipal Corporation. In this connection, the PCC incharge general secretary (Administration & Accounts) Subhash Sharma on Tuesday sent a letter to Thethwar and president of Raigarh District Congress Committee Jagdish Mehar.
