The Centre has never adopted partiality in allotting funds to the state governments and is giving adequate fund to the Chhattisgarh as well. Senior Congress leader and legislator Ajit Jogi expressed these words in response to the allegations of Labour Minister Chandrashekhar Sahu that the Centre did not allot funds for development of labourers under non-institutional sector. Jogi said the government should rather prepare a proposal of Rs 200 crore for upliftment and welfare of labourers under non-institutional sector and send to the Centre assuring that the state Congress would support the demand.
