The National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) has supported the hunger strike of Pt Ravishankar Shukla University (RSU) Karmachari Sangh. The NSUI’s Raipur district vice president Akash Sharma on Tuesday slammed the varsity administration for not fulfilling the demands of employee union. “The employees have not received arrears of 29 months but the vice chancellor is indifferent towards their demand. The hunger strike of the employees is causing inconvenience to the students who are appearing in the ongoing supplementary examinations. The varsity administration should quickly accept the demands of the employees,” said Sharma.
