The government on Monday approved Rs 354 crore for upgradation of six state roads under Asian Development Bank (ADB) project. The fund would be used to upgrade over 313 kilometers of roads. The PWD Minister Brijmohan Agrawal has asked the officials to complete the road upgradation works timely. The six roads to be upgraded are – Basna-Bilaigarh (51.20 km), Dhamtari-Nagri (64.72 km), Hasaud-Sarsiva-Saraipali- Padampur (71.65 km), Dhamtari-Gunderdehi (38.83 km), nandghat-Mungeli (36.32 km) and Balodabazar-Hathband-Simga (51.07 km).
