The RMC will observe former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s 27th death anniversary on October 31. Mayor Kiranmayi Nayak informed that the municipal would organise a tribute programme on death anniversary of Indira Gandhi before her statue at Kalibadi at 10:30 am October 31.
