The 27th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s would be observed on October 31. On the occasion, the RMC’s Culture Department will organise a tribute programme before Indira’s statue at Kalibadi at 10:30 am. Mayor Kiranmayi Nayak has urged RMC Speaker Sanjay Shrivastava, leader of BJP corporators Subhash Tiwari, all the MiC members, corporators and citizens to attend the tribute programme at large number.
