Hariprasada arriving today

To attend Cong manthan camps in Pamgarh, Akaltara on Oct 11, 12

Raipur, October 09, 2012

The AICC general secretary and state Congress incharge BK Hariprasada will arrive in state capital on Wednesday evening to participate in party’s day-long Vidhan Sabha-level workers’ training camp – manthan in Pamgarh and Akaltara on October 11 and 12 respectively.

On Wednesday night, AICC secretary and state unit incharge secretary Bhakt Charandas and Union Minister of State Charandas Mahant will also reach Raipur to attend the two manthan camps, informed chief party spokesperson Shailesh Nitin Trivedi.

The trio, along with PCC president Nandkumar Patel, will leave for Pamgarh via road route at 8:30 am on October 11. After participating Pamgarh manthan camp, these leaders will reach Bilaspur at evening on the same day. On the following day, they will leave for Baloda (Akaltara assembly constituency) to take party in another manthan camp.

These leaders will not only make the selected participants acquainted with the policies, ideology and principles of Congress, but also infuse new energy in them for party’s mission 2013 and 2014, Trivedi said.

Notably, the party is organising manthan camps in all the assembly constituencies where it lost in 2008 polls. As both Pamgarh and Akaltara assembly seats are presently held by Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), the party aims to shift equilibrium in its side in next Vidhan Sabha and general elections by intensifying activities there.
