PCC Congress president Nandkumar Patel and CLP leader Ravindra Choubey greeted people of Chhattisgarh on the eve of Dussehra.
They said the festival marks victory of good over evil.
Commemorating victory of Lord Ram over Ravan, the duo hoped that Dussehra would bring message of end of injustice, tyranny, exploitation and corruption.
