Patel’s three questions to CM still unanswered: Congress

Raipur, December 17, 2011

The Congress leaders have said that the three questions asked by their state president Nandkumar Patel to Chief Minister Raman Singh were still unanswered. “Patel had asked very simple question related to state affairs to the CM. He should answer all of them so that the people of Chhattisgarh could form correct opinion on his government,” said former PCC president Dhanendra Sahu, Satyanarayan Sharma, Pushpadevi Singh, TS Singhdeo, Kawasi Lakhma, Baijnath Chandrakar, Shailesh Nitin Trivedi and others on Saturday.
Notably, Patel had asked the CM to answer - the total fund provided by the Centre to the state government in last eight years, the number of suicidal cases of farmers during BJP’s two tenures and the places where 3.5 percent of the total tribals migrated.
Patel chose CM’s legislative constituency Rajnandgaon to put his questions during district-level workers’ meeting of Congress on December 1, 2011. He had given fifteen-day time to the CM to answer his questions.
