YC urges RMC to shift dairies to outskirts

The Youth Congress (YC) has urged RMC Commissioner Taran Prakash Sinha to shift dairies of Shankar Nagar, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Kalimata wards to outskirts of the city. “There are about 10-12 dairies in these three wards. Majority of the cattle from these dairies can be found on roads causing inconvenience to the locals. The dairy operators are least bothered about the residents of their ambience,” said YC leader Akash Tiwari. “The RMC Commissioner has assured that he would take action against the dairy operators in next 15-20 days. If he will not take any initiative then the residents of all the three wards would stage dharna and block traffic movement of their localities,” he said.
