The Youth Congress (YC) on Monday burnt an effigy of Chief Minister Raman Singh at dharna spot Budhapara saying that the eight years of BJP regime in the state only gave rise to terror, starvation, poverty, corruption and naxalism. On the occasion, the YC’s Raipur North general secretary Dilip Singh Chouhan, Sheikh Shakeel, Bakar Abbas, Akhilsh Joshi, Bablu Raza, Niyaz Ahmed, Ashish Nand, Gaurav Ujjwal, Anil Yadav, etc were present.
