Congress leaders on Saturday reached city Kotwali and demanded narco test CD of Indira Priyadarshini Bank manager Umesh Sinha, who is main culprit in the embezzlement case, as an application in this connection was submitted by party workers Sumit Das and Satnam Panag under Right to Information Act (RTI) on July 26, 2013.
Expressing their displeasure over indifference of police towards the application, the Congmen met ASP Lal Umed Singh, who as an appellate officer accepted their application again and ensured to provide the CD and requisite documents at the earliest.
On the occasion, Das and Panag were accompanied by PCC programme coordinator Bhupesh Baghel, Shailesh Nitin Trivedi, Sushil Anand Shukla, RP Singh, Chhatrapal Sirmour, Chovaram, Somendra Chatterjee, Hirendra Sahu, etc.
