A delegation of Congress leaders on Wednesday submitted a memorandum to DIG KK Gupta pertaining to mismanagement in distribution of application forms for the post of jail guards.
The delegation said the candidates from different parts of the state were arriving in Raipur everyday to obtain application forms, but their turn did not come even in two three days.
Meanwhile, the delegation said, the applicants were facing inconvenience at form distribution counter due to no facility of drinking water, sheds, etc.
It said such provisions should immediately be made for the applicants as more of them would to come to Raipur till September 30.
The delegation was comprised of Raipur North MLA Kuldeep Juneja, DCC Raipur Urban president Vikas Upadhyay, Sheikh Musheer, Vimal Gupta, Amit Sharma, Akash Tiwari, Mohammad Azhar, etc.
