The average accumulation of water in 41 reservoirs across the state has reached to 93 percent due to heavy rainfall in the first fortnight of September. According to information provided by the officials of Water Resources Department (WRD), 19 reservoirs have been filled completely. The total water accumulation capacity of all the 41 reservoirs is 6401 million cubic meters. Presently, the average water stock in these reservoirs has reached to 5958 million cubic meters, the officials said.
